Soooooo yesterday ended up being kind of a crisis for me. First I went to lunch over at Amy's house, which was not a crisis. No, in fact she made me some very good quesadillas and lentils. To be honest, I was a little nervous about the lentils but ended up enjoying them immensely, especially because I ate them with sour cream. There is little better in the world, my friends, than sour cream.

So the crisis came when I got home. I can't really go into it much, I guess, but basically I was offered something that I didn't really want, and so it was frustrating to be offered it. So I talked about it with a few people and feel much less stressed and in crisis mode today.

However, all day today I have been exhausted because I stayed out late last night with Kristie. We saw 27 Dresses and then had great car conversation. I love, love, love having conversations in cars. I am not really sure why. When we were wrapping up our own conversation, we noticed a car parked near us that both of us thought was empty, but ended up that this guy was coming out of the back seat and this girl made her way from the back seat into the front seat and then eventually into her own car, which was parked next to the guy's car. The best thing about it was that the guy, when he got out of the back seat to get into the driver's seat, you could tell that he had shame written all over his face when he saw us. Ah, so funny.
