Ok, so even though I'm really frustrated with life right now, I can say that I haven't even considered committing suicide and then, when that didn't work, jumping out of the window, which is more than I can say for some people. We have six people in the hospital right now who've tried to commit suicide and life for me is really, really not that bad.

Additionally, life is not so bad so as to make me honk at someone who was driving the speed limit in front of me just so that I could get into the In & Out parking lot less than a minute sooner. (Really van behind me? Was it really necessary to honk at me because I was going the speed limit for the last block before you pulled in to the parking lot?) I know In & Out is tasty and I know you were probably hungry, but was honking an appropriate response?

Today there were 90 year-old twins in the hospital. I'm not really quite sure why I find that so amazing, but I do. I also talked to a woman who was 90+ who still entertains regularly, the last time was a week or two ago for 12 women. Twelve. Amazing, right? Apparently, she can't be bothered to make a cake the traditional way anymore, so in a 9x13 pan she puts 1/4 cup oil, one box of cake mix (any flavor), two eggs and 1 cup of applesauce and supposedly she gets rave reviews.

Tonight I'll paint some, tomorrow I'm going to a baby shower and something called Point Break Live. To be honest, I'm not really sure what Point Break Live is, but it has something to do with the movie. I assume maybe they act out the movie? I'm not sure, but Chris & Tyler are way pumped about it. Sunday is church and a celebratory party for a friend at Fuller who passed all of her ordination exams, which is no small feat.
