 A girl can only take reading so much feminist theology about "wo/men" before she goes crazy or falls asleep. Seeing that I was losing interest quite fast in that book and not willing to take a second nap in the day, I decided to paint something. Yesterday I desperately wanted to paint, but convinced myself it would be better if I did my homework. Today I said, "to hell with it" and decided to paint the tulips I saw in the bathroom. But then when I went back into the bathroom, those tulips were gone. So, I looked around my room for something to paint and finally decided that I'd paint my travel watercolor kit. It is not very original and a somewhat boring subject, but it has done the job and satisfied my need. And then I began thinking about the potential of using my travel watercolor kit while in Scotland...
