The Medieval Bestseller
I read it somewhere on the Internet...

There were strange things afoot at the house across from mine last night. Here and here are some of the goings-on. In the first picture, you'll notice Tigger, Winnie the Pooh and Little Red Riding Hood. In the second picture you'll notice everyone is fleeing the scene except for the apparently naked kid holding a piece of blue poster board in a very appropriate spot. I am not sure what they were doing, but I think it may have been a school project.

For the record, I really like that Black Horse and Cherry Tree song. I bought it last week or so on iTunes and keep on listening to it over and over and over again. Pretty soon I will hate that song. But until then, I relish whenever it comes up in my playlist and on the radio.

Today feels kinda anti-climactic since I finished writing all of those papers I had to complete. I went to lunch with Marian and Vicky and Amanda, which was really cool because I haven't seen them since at least last summer...maybe even the summer before. I love that I met really cool people while working at my old company and I think it's cool that I can still contact them, even though Vicky and Marian work for Insomniac and Amanda works for another company in the same building as Insomniac. I kinda felt like I had nothing to say, only because I have nothing going on in my life right now. I feel kinda really boring. I don't know how stay-at-home moms do it. Anyway, we went to this cafeteria on their grounds and it was really good and had really decent prices. It is super close to where I will be doing my CPE group meetings (which will be across the street from Fry's), so I think I might go there some times for my lunch break.

This summer I'm going to be on one of Insomniac's softball teams, which I am stoked about. We haven't played just yet. Well, I think they might have gotten in a practice game. But our games for the last two Monday nights were cancelled, the first week due to rain and last week due to the holiday. So I guess it looks like next Monday will be my first time playing with my new team!
