On this road trip, I am racking up six more states on my list of U.S. states I've been to.

Currently, I find myself in Bozeman, Montana. Seems like a nice-enough town with a pretty hip downtown area. I guess it's a college town, so maybe that explains it.

Today we drove through Yellowstone. I thought it was ok. This greatly distressed my dad. I don't have a super big love for the outdoors. But I don't hate them, either. And, as national parks go, I think Yellowstone is just ok. Not as nice, I don't think, as Yosemite. Maybe it has to do with Yellowstone is at that point where the snow is still there but is dirty and melting and it's the yucky mud part right before spring, combined with the fact that a lot of the trees were dead because of some fire that happened there awhile ago.

Tomorrow we drive to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I'm kinda excited about this because I've been wondering what Idaho is like. Dad and I talked briefly tonight about somehow cutting the trip short. I am pro this idea. Thinking that I have six more days of driving ahead of me isn't all that exciting.
