Just got back from a very full day at church. The awesome thing about Thursdays and Sundays is that I get to go to church and hang out with these totally rad people. It never fails that I come back to school really happy and really satisfied with how I spent my day. This is probably one of the best things about this school year. I will indeed miss worshipping at Central for the summer and will miss going up there twice a week next year.

But today I started thinking about going home. All I have to do is get through the rest of April to get to May. It's do-able. Most of the hard stuff is over. I've finished Preaching class and my Internship, as of today. (Although I'll still go until I leave and I still have to finish teaching and building the new website, which is almost complete!) Now I'm essentially left with three exams and one paper. I've seen worse.

I'll drive home with my dad and Aunt Trisha might be coming, too! That is exciting. I asked my dad if he wanted to go to NY with me for a day before we headed back to California, since he has never been there. He got very serious (which he rarely is) and said that he didn't want to go to New York because he didn't want to get mugged and that it was very dangerous to go to New York. I tried to convince him that New York is very safe and that he wouldn't get mugged and that I have been to NY a bunch of times - didn't he ever worry about me then? I don't know if I convinced him or not.

So, I don't know exactly when we're leaving to come home. He comes out on the 4th, and who knows whether we're leaving on the 5th or going to New York or what. I also don't exactly know our route. I think it'll be something like NJ > Cleveland > Chicago > Sioux Falls > Somewhere, Wyoming > ... ? I think Dad had planned to go next to Salt Lake, then Las Vegas, then home, but I am sorta interested in going to Montana and Idaho, since we're up there. So we may go from Somewhere, Wyoming to Somewhere, Montana to Spokane to Somewhere, Oregon to home. I think right now it's up for grabs.
