Ok, sorry for the late post. My intention was to post this morning before chapel (because it's at 10 a.m. and surely I can manage to post sometime before 10 a.m. when I have nothing else to do), but seeing as how I stayed up last night until 3:30 a.m., I slept in as long as I could until I had to get up and get ready for chapel (can't skip Wednesday chapel services because they do all this really cool music stuff).

My week has been good. Tonight was really exciting--I went over to Wayne's house after work because Liam invited me over to have Canadian Thanksgiving with he and his friends. So I met some "normal" people who don't care (and probably don't even know) about whether Joshua 6 is real or not and why it has liturgical importance. Not only did I get to meet his friends, but I also got to eat Thanksgiving dinner a whole month early, which is really exciting to me since I love Thanksgiving. I asked Liam why Canadians are thankful, but he didn't really know. KP (Wayne's wife) said it was probably some sort of harvest celebration--no pilgrims involved. And it was really fun and I had a good time.

So Kathryn is coming out to see me in mid-December. I haven't told her this yet (haven't quite had time), but I am so excited that she is coming. So excited to the point of thinking about all of the stuff we can do, all of the stuff I can show her and take her to and I can't wait for her to meet my friends.

But now I'm back in my room, totally tired after having had so little sleep within the past week. Alas, I cannot go to bed yet--have to make corrections on my (two) papers due tomorrow and then study a little Hebrew for my quiz tomorrow morning.
