Ok, so I finished that RFP much more quickly than I thought I would--I was finished in just under an hour. Usually with stuff like that it takes forever to do, but I guess the salesman I worked with this time is less verbose. So I think Ken's Rapid Lube, where I take my car to have its oil changed, may be closed forever. I went the Thursday before Easter and they were closed and I thought that maybe they're just closed for Easter week, but I drove by this morning and they're still closed. Their phone number is on the little sticky that they put on my window, so I'm going to call and see if they have a message on their machine. IF they're closed, I don't know where I'll take my car in... :( I love Ken's Rapid Lube because they don't hassle like Jiffy Lube (and similar places) and they're nice and it's a small, home-owned Burbank business. - Jenny, 4/20/2004 02:11:00 PM |
