Welcome to day 2 of the "Jenny can see excellent" show.

Last night, after Terrence left, I went over to Stephen & Adam's pad to watch Total Recall on DVD. During part of the movie, I started wondering what if, during my LASIK surgery when it went all dark, they planted some sort of tracking chip in my eyeball and maybe in a few years, once I have amassed all of this important, top-secret knowledge, The Man will use the tracking chip to hunt me down and kill me. Maybe that's why it hurt so bad and didn't hurt Terrence at all. Or, maybe they didn't input a tracking chip into me and I'll lead a normal life with little to no important, top-secret information. Yeah, that's probably a more likelier course.

I read Stephanie's blog and wanted to find a streaming audio station that was playing Arrested Development, but instead found a streaming audio station that solely plays Dave Matthews. Excellent!

Yesterday was my cousin Keana's 4th birthday. Happy birthday, Keana! Obviously, she doesn't read this blog, so I will have to call later on this afternoon to say hi & happy belated birthday. I will make sure to tell her that by the age of four, Dorothy Straight wrote a book called How the World Began, singer/songwriter Tori Amos was accepted into Baltimore's Peabody Academy of Music, the youngest student ever accepted there. She was expelled at age 11 for improvisation and playing rock covers by ear, and British novelist David Garnett told his mother, "All right, I will learn to read, but when I have learned, I never, never shall."

Tonight I don't think I'm doing anything. Tomorrow I'm sorta busy because I have a meeting to talk about house-sitting for another couple and then I have an event for my high schoolers at the mall (where my FABULOUS friends are dressing up as characters and the students have to find them). I'm actually a little nervous that not a lot of high schoolers will show up because there were very few students at our group on Monday (I think a lot thought we weren't meeting because of the holiday) and because next week is finals. Granted, I never studied for finals, but I think some of the students actually study. Oh well. It'll be what it will be. Then, after that I'll go out with the Crippler and Staines for Tyler's post b-day celebration. Then I'll go to church on Sunday and Terrence wants to practice driving the stick in the afternoon and that's pretty much my birthday.

And the Friday Five (is really hard today--I hate trying to figure out my favorites...):

At this moment, what is your favorite...
1. ...song?

It might be "The Voice Within" by Christina Aguilera but I'm not sure.

2. ...food?
Lately, I have been having a lot of upset stomaches, so eating doesn't really appeal to me. HOWEVER, I have just tried Honey Bunches of Oats, Strawberry flavor this past week (at my house-sitting house) and have discovered that I really like that cereal.

3. ...tv show?
NOVA. I am never home to watch it because I am perpetually busy on Tuesdays, but I always get really excited when I am home to watch it.

4. ...scent?
Call me crazy, but I LOVE the smell of Iodine!

5. ...quote?
I can't think of any right now. Sorry.
